John M. Mitchell

John M. Mitchell, 80, of Dover died suddenly on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at his home.

Born May 19, 1936 in Dover he was a son of the late Paul and Ruth Gordon Mitchell. John was also preceded in death by his brothers, Mark and Paul Mitchell and his former wife, Margaret Mitchell.

He was a 1954 graduate of Dover High School and retired in 1998 from Gradall after 43 years of service. John enjoyed hunting, collecting and restoring cars, woodworking and was an avid fisherman.

He will be sadly missed by his children, Rick (Melissa) Mitchell of Uhrichsville, Lori (Garry) Frazier of Laura, Ohio, Beth (Steve) Rondinella of Dover and John Mitchell of Olmsted Township; nine grandchildren, James (Melissa) Mitchell, Mitchell Gehrisch, Adam, Logan and Ellie Rondinella, Josh and Jenna Mitchell, Heather (Matthew) Keating, Kayla Haney and five great grandchildren.
