John Michael O�(TM)Neil, 55, of Dover, Ohio died Sunday, July 30, 2006 in his home following a long courageous battle with cancer.
John was Parts and Service manager for Reese Trucking Company in Dover for thirty years.
Born June 30, 1951 in Dover, he was the son of Marylee Reese Wallick of Dover and his late stepfather, Gene Wallick.
John attended the Wooster Highway Church of God. He enjoyed fishing and football and was an avid Raiders and Steelers fan.
In addition to his mother, John is survived by his wife, Cindi Lang O�(TM)Neil with whom he celebrated twelve years of marriage on March 20; he is also survived by two sons, Tyler Pyle and Travis Swauger both of Dover; stepchildren, Khryss Singree of Dover, Aaron Pyle of Mineral City, and Michelle Crum of Marshfield, Missouri; Grandchildren, A.J. and Rebecca Singree, Ian Pyle, and Logan Crum; one brother, Douglas O�(TM)Neil of Dover and a sister, Tammy (Rick) Patacca of Dover; He is also survived by his uncle and second father, Gene (Arlene) Reese and family of Dover.
In addition to his stepfather, John was preceded in death by his special grandmother, Mary Angelina “Sweety” (Campo) Reese.
A service celebrating John�(TM)s life will be held Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 1pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover with Pastor Ken Yoder and friend, Steve Mastin officiating. A reception will follow in the Dover VFW. Cremation will follow the services. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8pm.
