June A. Wolfe, 85, of Dover, died Monday, April 30, 2007 in Union Hospital.
She was born August 19, 1921 at Dover, the daughter of the late Harrison and Pauline Shaw Williams.
For 15 years June worked for General Telephone, but was happiest taking care of her home and tending to the needs of her family.
June was a member of Order of Eastern Star at New Phila., and had been past worthy high priestess of the former Judea Shrine, and White Shrine of Jerusalem. She was active with the Dover Women of the Moose, the LTP Bridge Club, and was a member of Dover�(TM)s First United Methodist Church.
Her husband, Richard C. Wolfe, who she wed on September 16, 1956, survives her. Other survivors include: a daughter, Barbara White of New Phila.; four grandchildren, John Richardson, David, Deborah & Daniel White, all of New Phila.; and a sister, Ruth Petricola Hartz of Dover.
In addition to her parents, a brother, Kenneth Williams, preceded June in death.
Her life will be celebrated in a public graveside service on Saturday, May 5, at 12:00 p.m. in the Evergreen Burial Park in New Phila. Rev. Larry Black will officiate.
