June J. Lenhart

June J. Lenhart, 86, of Dover passed away on April 22, 2007 in her daughter�(TM)s home.

Born June 23, 1920 in New Philadelphia, Ohio she was a daughter of the late David and Myrtle Allenbaugh McMerrell. June was also preceded in death by her husband, Arvine Lenhart who died in 1987; sister, Opal Kissel; three brothers, Homer, Hershel and Pearly McMerrell and three nieces.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dover. June was a wonderful mother and devoted grandmother who loved nothing more than spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed listening to gospel and country music.

June is survived by a daughter, Carolyn (George) McDougall of Dover; son, Kenneth Lenhart of Dover; two grandchildren, James (Sherry) McDougall and Melinda McDougall; sister, Bernice Baker of Navarre; sister in law, Alice Baughman of Navarre; many nieces and nephews including, Ed Baker, who was like a son to June.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 10:30 am in the St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover with Fr. William Arnold officiating. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery at Dover. Per June�(TM)s wishes there are no calling hours. The Toland-Herzig Funeral Homes and Crematory at Dover are handling arrangements.
