K. Corinne Maurer, 91, of Dover, died Friday, Jun. 10, 2005, in Country Club Retirement Campus. Born Oct. 9, 1913 in Midvale, she was a daughter of the late Byron L. and Lorna Rippeth Fisher. Corinne was a homemaker and was a crossing guard for the City of Dover. Some of her favorite pastimes were playing cards and watching sporting events.
Survivors include two sons, Larry (Thiery) Maurer of New Philadelphia, and Tim (Martha) Maurer of Seattle, WA; three grandchildren, Jill Punches of Portland, OR, and Mariah and Zachary Maurer, both of Seattle; three great-grandchildren, Madeline, Rachel and Kate Punches.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard L. Maurer, in 1975; a sister, Carrie Mae Fisher; and by two brothers, Earl and John Fisher.
