Kathleen M. "Kathy" "Sis" Wilds

Kathleen M. "Kathy" "Sis" Wilds, born on May 29, 1950, in Dover, Ohio, peacefully passed away on March 22, 2025, at New Dawn Health Care Center in Dover. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Ruth (Harper) Berndt.

She began working for Baltic Rubber. She later provided cleaning services for several businesses including;  Country Club Nursing Home, Morning View Nursing Home, and Alsco. Her commitment to her work exemplified her nurturing spirit, as she took pride in creating welcoming and clean environments for those around her

She was a graduate from New Philadelphia High School with the class of 1968. Her personality shone brightly as she became a mother and caregiver to many, embodying kindness and compassion. She had an extraordinary love for animals, particularly for her two beloved dogs, Max and Scruffy, who brought joy and companionship to her life.

Many years ago, she enjoyed participating in a bowling league.

Kathy leaves behind her beloved husband, Harry James “Jim” Wilds of Dover.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ruthie Morrison, and Anna Lou Dunkin, along with her brother, Edward Berndt.
