Kathleen Y. Lang

Kathleen Y. Lang, 83, of Dover passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Park Village Health Care Center in Dover.

Born on May 18, 1932 in Coshocton, she was the daughter of the late Rolland and Marie Brink. She attended Beach City High School. On September 14, 1957, she married Joe T. Lang, who survives. The couple owned and operated Lang's Greenhouse in Dover for over 42 years.

Kathleen was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Dover.

In addition to her husband, Joe, she will be missed by her daughters; Rose Marie Burrier Baxter of Sugarcreek, Kathy Jo (John) Coy of White Oak, PA; and her son, Joe R.E.M. Lang Jr. of Dover; five grandchildren, Kevin, Eric, David, Heather, and Nicholas; three great grandchildren, Jayvin, Ethan, and Nolan; three sisters, June McRoberts of West Lafayette, Faye Hanley of Newcomerstown, and Janet Haskins of Florida; brother, Archie Brink of Dresden.

She is preceded in death by an infant sister; brother, Franklin Brink; and sister, Nancy Wallace.

In honoring Kathleen's wishes, cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover. A memorial service will be held at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 2:00pm with Rev. Thomas Dunkle officiating. Friends are invited to call Saturday from 1:00pm until the service starts at 2:00pm. Immediately following the service a meal will be served in the St. John's United Church of Christ fellowship hall.
