Kathy S. Craig Howell, 71, of Dover, and formerly of New Philadelphia, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024 in the Country Club Retirement Campus, Dover

Born August 11, 1953 in Dover she was a daughter of the late Vernon and Virginia Lawley Craig. Kathy was also preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Howell in 2018.

She is survived by her sister, Robin Swisshelm of Dover.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There are no services or calling hours.
