In Loving Memory...

KEITH D. STONEMAN
02/06/1947 - 09/14/2021

On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 2:03 PM, an adoring husband, father of 3 Sons, grandfather of 15, and great-grandfather of 1 was called home by our Lord at the age of 74.

Keith was born on February 6, 1947, in Dover, Ohio to Paul (PK) and Marcella Stoneman. He met his devoted wife, Julie, when he was just 14 years old and from high school sweethearts they would go on to be married in 1967 on April
21st.

Keith worked as a brick mason and was revered as a true craftsman in his trade.

Weaving together his skill set and passion for Christ, Keith journeyed on mission trips through the years to Guatemala and Mexico by spreading the word of God and building churches. In Kentucky, for six years, he taught his trade to troubled youths from inner cities in hopes of giving them a second chance at life.

Keith was an adventurer who had a passion for the outdoors, a love for music, and God at his center. Regardless of where adventures took him, you could be sure family was right by his side! Of all the amazing things Keith created, it is no doubt that the creation he prized most was that of his family! He was always actively involved throughout his children’s lives and definitely should be in Heaven’s top runners as “The silliest grandpa on Earth!”

Keith’s message to all was simply, “a sinner saved by grace!” He is preceded in death by his father; Paul, his mother; Marcella, and his sister; Sherry; his father and mother-in-law, Zane and Katherine Spangler; along with his brother-in-law, Rod Spangler.

Keith will be forever missed by his wife of 54 years Julie, his 3 sons; Keith P (Jennifer), Zane (Colleen), and Luke (Nichole), his 15 grandchildren; Kayla (Dave), Hannah, Sarah, Bekah, Jake, Caleb, Zane Paul, Zoey Katherine, Evan, Emily, Paisley, Kyle (Kayleigh), Kory, Kurt, Kasey, one great-granddaughter Amelia and his beloved nieces, nephews, and their children.

Cremation has been entrusted with the Toland-Herzig Funeral Homes & Crematory in Dover. A private family service will be held. To sign an online guestbook for Keith, visit the obituary link on the funeral home’s website.
