Kimberly J. Morris, 39, of Dundee, Ohio died Friday, October 10, 2003 in her home following a courageous bout with cancer since February.
She was a customer service representative for the Commercial Savings Bank in Walnut Creek where she worked for ten years. She was involved in coordinating the 55 Advantage Club at the bank.
Born January 23, 1964 in Dennison, Ohio, she was the daughter of Ralph “Bud” and Mary Jo Page Fouts of Uhrichsville.
Kim was a member of the Dundee United Methodist Church. She was a volunteer for the Kidney Fund auction. She had received a kidney transplant twenty five years ago having received her kidney from her mother. She loved flowers and was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed watching her son, Matt. She was fun loving and enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, John F. Morris Jr. with whom she celebrated twenty years of marriage on August 14. She is also survived by her son, Matthew of the home; Two sisters Debbie (Kenneth) McBeth of Dennison and Nancy Fouts of New Philadelphia; her mother in law and father in law Jack and Ruth Morris of Gnadenhutten; Her sister in law, JoLynn Baker of Dover; one niece, Vonnie Jo Weaver and two nephews Andrew McCleary and Dalton Baker along with a special companion, Copper, her boxer.
Kim was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Everett and Jennie Page and paternal grandparents, Harry Fouts and Lela Akey.
A service celebrating Kim�(TM)s life will be held Tuesday, October 14, 2003 at 11 am in the Winfield United Methodist Church with Pastor LuAnn Youngman officiating. Interment will be in the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens. Friends will be received Monday from 4-8 pm in the Winfield United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Holmes County Kidney Fund or Hospice of Tuscarawas County.
