Leonard G. Pittman

Leonard G. Pittman, 50, of Massillon, and formerly a Strasburg resident, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, December 19, 2007 in Aultman Hospital at Canton.

Born September 6, 1957 at Dover, he was the son of the late George & Sylvia Stoll Pittman.

He is survived by: a brother, William (Jennie) Stoll of Dundee; his girlfriend, Mary Jones of Massillon; nephew J.R. Stoll of Strasburg and a niece, Stacie Stoll of Columbia. Other surviving family members include: aunts, Hannah Bethel of Sandyville and Joanne Winkelman of Pickerington; and an uncle, William Charnock of Strasburg.

Leonard had no children of his own, but was fond of his girlfriend�(TM)s children, Tamika Jones, Maurice Williams, and A.J. Henderson. Also holding a special place in his heart was his girlfriend�(TM)s granddaughter, Kania Williams, with whom he had an especially strong bond.

Friends may call in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory at Strasburg on Sunday, December 23, from 1-3 p.m. Following the viewing, Rev. Steven Court will share a time of scripture and prayer in celebration of Leonard�(TM)s life.
