Letitia "Jean" Hendricks

Letitia "Jean" Hendricks, 73, of Massillon died Monday, January 27, 2014 at Affinity Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Born May 10, 1940 in Phillipsburg, Pennsylvania she was a daughter of the late George and Bertha Varner Hendricks.

Jean had retired from the Times Reporter after 23 years in the cleaning department. She loved spending time with her family and was especially fond of her cats and dogs. In her spare time, Jean enjoyed collecting dolls.

Jean will be sadly missed by her brothers, Don (Ruth) Hendricks of Massillon and George (Bonnie) Hendricks of Canton; nieces, Brenda (Terry) Casebeer, Melissa (Randy) Vehar, Tamara (Michael) Egnash and Sherri (Bryan) Wengerd; nephews, Larry Hendricks and Rob (Lori) Hendricks and many great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 1 at 10:30 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Rev. David Kimberly officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. Friends can call at the funeral home on Friday from 5-7 pm.
