Lillian I. Warner

Lillian I. Warner, 95, of New Philadelphia died Saturday, December 20, 2014 in the Park Village Health Care Center at Dover.

Born November 19, 1919 in New Philadelphia she was a daughter of the late Bud and Callie Ruble Craig. Lillian was also preceded in death by her husband, Karl Warner on February 18, 1988; brothers, Eldred, Wilson, Thomas and Robert Craig; sisters, Helen Lorenzoni, Gloria Millward, Luella Pica and great-great granddaughter, Justice Apple Rennicker.

Lillian was an excellent homemaker who had also worked at Atwood Lodge as a Hostess for 14 years. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in New Philadelphia where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday school and served on the Board of Christian Education. In her spare time she enjoyed bowling, gardening, golf and baking.

A wonderful and loving mother and grandmother Lillian will be sadly missed by her children, Karl (Lynn) Warner of Dover, Donald (Bonita) Warner of Stone Creek and Dianne (Marvin) Miller of Dover; ten grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
