Linda S. Froman

Linda S. Froman, 86, of Dover passed away at her home on Friday, October 25, 2024. 

Born on December 4, 1937, in Dover she was a daughter of the late Clayton and Grace Emig Rosenberry.  Linda was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry L. Froman on October 5, 2021; and three sisters.

Linda shared a remarkable life with her husband Jerry. They were devoted to attending all of their grandchildren’s sporting events and school activities, showcasing their commitment as supportive grandparents. Rain or shine, no distance was too great for Linda and Jerry, who took great joy in being present for these cherished moments. Linda also embraced her role as the chief babysitter for her grandchildren for many years, creating a legacy of love and care that will resonate through generations.  She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Strasburg, and also attended the Church of New Hope in Dover,

Linda is survived by her sons, Jeff (Amy) Froman and Greg (Brenda) Froman, both of Strasburg. She was a proud grandmother to Abby (Ethan) Edie, Ryan (Molli) Froman, Nick (Rachel) Froman, Ashley Froman, Laura Froman, and Zach (Miriam) Froman, and a cherished great-grandmother to Owen Edie. 

Private graveside services will be held at the Dover Burial Park.  The Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover is handling arrangements.
