Linda L. Barker

Linda L. Barker, 59, of Mansfield, and formerly of Dover, died Wednesday, May 18, 2005, in her home.

Born Jul. 8, 1945, in Glouster, OH, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Orpha Sanborn McNutt. Linda was a homemaker who enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping, hunting and fishing with her family. Linda was also fond of riding motorcycles.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Barker, whom she married Aug. 23, 1962, in New Philadelphia; three daughters, Kricket Oroteza, and Melinda (Roy) Potts, both of New Philadelphia, and Wendy (Danny Garabrandt) of Gnadenhutten; two sons, Jody Barker of Lebanon, OH, and Travis Barker of Mansfield; seven grandchildren; a brother, Harry “Sonny” McNutt, Jr. of Beach City; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Lang, and a half-sister, Delores.

Linda�(TM)s life will be celebrated in a service Saturday, May 21, at 11 a.m., in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover.
