Lloyd W. "Bill" Ringley

Lloyd W. “Bill” Ringley, 81, of Dover passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018 in the New Dawn Retirement Center.

Born December 7, 1936 in Dover he was a son of the late John Ringley and Agnes Harris Schmucker.

Bill retired from Gradall after 40 years of service. He was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Dover, and was also a member of the Dover VFW, Moose and Elks. Bill loved animals, and especially enjoyed spending the winter months in Florida.

Bill is survived by his children, Melissa Vance, Sandra Paka, Tammy Fiddler; brother, Bob Schmucker of Florida; sister, Mary Crousser of Florida; two grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

A service celebrating Bill’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 18 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Rev. Thomas Dunkle officiating. Interment will be at the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens. Calling hours will be at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
