Two brothers, Robert and Paul Arnold; two sisters, Anna Mae Thompson and Alice Allen; two "adopted daughters" Carolyn Tucker and Connie Wilson; five granddaughters (Lori, Theresa, Sheri, Tamela, Lisa) and two grandsons (Steven, Samuel); three great-granddaughters (Tessa Nicole, Hannah Joy and Mary Grace) and two great-grandsons (Justin and Joshua); and many nieces and nephews also survive Louise.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Chester A. Payne, a coal miner and truck driver. Four sisters, Mary Chipps, Ruth Tucker, Elsie Schupbach and Esther Blankenship and two brothers, Dale and David Arnold also preceded Louise in death.
