Lydia M. “Mickey” Page, 88, of Dover, died Thursday, November 1, 2007 in the Park Village Care Center.
She was born April 11, 1919 at Strasburg, one of nine children of the late Charles and Clara Luke Rentsch.
Lydia attended Dover High School and had been a longtime member of Faith United Methodist Church at Dover. Over the years she took great pride in caring for the family home. She was a great cook and enjoyed spending time tending to her flower gardens. She always put family first and doted over her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her husband, Robert E. Page, who died October 26, 1995, preceded her in death.
Surviving family members include: two sons, Ken (Marla) Page of Dover and Don (Millie) Page of New Philadelphia; four grandchildren, Karen, Michelle, Chris, and Stacey; and seven great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, five brothers and three sisters preceded Lydia in death.
Kenard Parrott will officiate a service that celebrates Lydia�(TM)s life on Monday, November 5, at 11:00 a.m. in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover. Burial will follow in the Dover Burial Park. Friends may call in the funeral home on Monday, one hour prior to services.
