Marcella E. Clark

Marcella E. Clark, 89, formerly of Strasburg died Sunday, September 29, 2013 in the home of her daughter and son in law at Dover.

Born November 22, 1923 in New Philadelphia she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Alta Beitzel Stuber. Marcella was also preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Clark on September 23, 1992; son, Larry Clark and an infant son; granddaughter, Sandra Wardell; son in law, Kelly Lattner and two sisters, Doris Wineman and Maybell Smith.

Marcella retired in 1993 from the Bolivar Clinic as a Receptionist after 26 years of service. She was a member of the DAV Auxiliary and in her spare time she enjoyed reading and sewing.

Marcella will be sadly missed by her daughters, Mary (Marvin) Barger of Dover and Betty Lattner of New Philadelphia; sisters, Helen (Bill) Kegley of Justice and Jayne Swihart and her companion George of Navarre; daughter in law, Helen Clark of New Philadelphia; six grandchildren including, Don (Carol) Wardell, Debra (Mike) Myers and Darlene (Eric) Finzer; six great grandchildren, Tiffany Nettros, Matthew and April Wardell, Andrea (Tim) Schlabach, Chandra Myers and Heath Myers and his fianc Mackenzi Martin; extended grandchildren, Lisa Wendling and Jay Barger; extended great grandchildren, Kyle and Kelsi Wendling and four great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 1 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. Following the burial, a funeral luncheon will be held at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. Friends can call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
