Margaret C. Tolotti

Margaret C. “Marg” Tolotti, 86, of Dover, died peacefully, Friday, August 4, 2006 in the Park Village Health Care Center at Dover.

Born December 7, 1919 at Dover, she was the daughter of the late Frank & Francis Tinnerello Tornabene.

For nearly 50 years she owned and operated the former Marg�(TM)s Beauty Shop on Crater Avenue.

She was a faithful member of St. Joseph Church where she had been active in the Regina Study Club, Christian Mothers, LCBA, Third Order of Franciscans, and Dress-A-Child. She was also involved in the Child Conservation League and played in several area card clubs.

Marg was great in the kitchen! She loved cooking and baking and always made sure to share her goodies with friends and family. Dozens of area families will miss her version of comfort food �" usually a Cannoli or one of her famous pies or ladyfingers.

On April 4, 2004, she was saddened by the loss of her husband of 58 years, Robert V. Tolotti.

Surviving family members include: four children, Judy (Biswa) Ganguly of Beavercreek, Ohio, Robert Jay (Linda) Tolotti of Wadsworth, Joan (Chad) Marsh of Dover and Jeanne (Karl) Kirkpatrick of Upper Arlington; five grandchildren, Neela Ganguly, Monica Ganguly, Matt Van Arnam, Liam Kirkpatrick and Sean Kirkpatrick; three great grandchildren, Brandlyn Loibl, Ryan Loibl, and Anaka Van Arnam; many nieces and nephews, especially Alvie O�(TM)Brien of Dover; two sisters-in-law, June (Jim) Poyer of Florida and Pauline (Dale) Wherley of Dover; a brother-in-law, Carl (Marsha) Tolotti of Florida.

Fr. William Arnold will conduct a funeral mass that celebrates Marg�(TM)s life on Monday, August 7, at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Joseph Church, Dover. Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery at Dover. Friends may call in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. The Rosary will be prayed at 7:45 p.m. Sunday.
