Margaret E."Margo" Richardson-Duncan

Margaret E Richardson Duncan of New Philadelphia went on to be with the lord while in the arms of her children on March 14th 2016.

Born in Spearman Texas on June 1st 1950, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Ada (Gilcrest) Warren. She grew up in the Amarillo area and was the youngest of 13. Margaret was a free spirit who lived her life to the fullest. She had a smile and a personality that lit up the sky and touched many hearts. She always spoke the truth and said it like it was, but always saw the good in people. Along with gardening and painting, she loved her children and grand children more than anything. She always said that her children were her greatest accomplishment in life and was so proud of them. Margaret worked hard her entire life. From being a mother, cutting hair (have scissors, will travel), tax preparer, mortgage industry and finally retired from the school district as a transportation provider, she took pride in every job she had.

Her husband Hershel Duncan survives Margaret. They had good friends and years of good times riding and traveling together. They loved hanging out on their porch listening to the river run, the birds sing and her chimes ring. Her children Casey Clark, Josie and James Doyle, Harlen and Michelle Hirning, Marylin and Shawn Morris, fourteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren, five siblings and many life long friends survive Margaret.
Margaret will be forever missed, adored and loved and will always be the "Wind Beneath Our Wings".

In honoring her wishes, cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on April 16, 2016 at 1:00pm with Pastor Hombre Liggett officiating. Friends can call one hour prior to the service.
