Margaret J. Goss

Margaret J. "Marge" Goss, 82, of New Philadelphia died Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Union Hospital following a sudden illness.

Born November 7, 1929 in Breckinridge, Kentucky she was a daughter of the late John and Emma Pryor Langley. Marge was also preceded in death by her husband, Meredith "Marty" Goss on March 6, 2010; son, David Wanless; four brothers and one sister.

A wonderful and loving mother and grandmother, Marge will be sadly missed by her daughters, Cindy Scriven and her husband, Larry Spurling of Lincoln, Illinois and Deborah (Lynn) Morrison of Canton; step children, Cherrill (Terry) Wertz of Creston, Ohio, Gary (Susan) Goss of Akron, Beverly Goss of Akron, Linda (Ron) Davis of Rockaway, NJ, David (Susan) Goss of Akron, Donna (Bill) Carr of Akron; nine grandchildren, including, Star (Luke) Jones and Nathan Fischio; 12 great grandchildren including, Brandon Fischio, Gracie and Mason Jones.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Graveside service will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 10:00 am in the Dover Burial Park.
