Margaret P. Frank Galbraith

Margaret P. Frank Galbraith, 86, of Dover died Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in the Community Hospice House at New Philadelphia.

Born March 14, 1928 in Newport, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Sophie Sinkovich Tylka. Margaret was also preceded in death by her first husband, Bruno Frank on November 29, 1976 and her second husband, Walter Galbraith on February 22, 2007; brothers, Marion, Vincent and Frederick Tylka; sisters, Helen Frazier and Katherine Bassiletti.

Margaret retired as a Cashier from Buehlers in 1990 and was a long-time member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She loved spending time with her family and her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.

A wonderful and loving mother and grandmother, Margaret will be sadly missed by her children, Pam (Doug) Clark of Dover, Kathy (Raymond) Young of Coshocton, Brenda (Bob) Fisher of Columbus, Jerry (Connie) Frank of New Philadelphia, Bruno (Mary) Frank Jr. of Dover; sisters, Martha (Charles) Kucyk of Dover, Theresa Cihon of Dover; sister in law, Eleanor Tylka of Wooster; ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 23 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Fr. Jimmy Hatfield officiating. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery at Dover. Following the burial, a luncheon will be held in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. Friends can call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-7 pm.
