Margaret V. Schumacher, 83, of Dover, Ohio died Monday, November 5, 2007 in her home following a lengthy illness.
Born October 26, 1924 in New Philadelphia, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Carrie Henderson Trustdorf.
She was a longtime secretary for the Invincible Vacuum Company at Dover.
She was a member of St. John�(TM)s United Church of Christ in Dover and the Dover American Legion Auxiliary. She was a 1942 graduate of Dover High School and was a member of numerous bridge clubs and enjoyed playing bingo.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Eugene J. Schumacher with whom she celebrated fifty nine years of marriage on August 14; She is also survived by two sons, Dr. Gary (Joyce) Schumacher of Gaithersburg, Maryland and Kurt (Cynthia) Schumacher of Cincinnati, one brother, John (Mary Jane) Trustdorf of Northbrook, Illinois; two sisters, Eileen (Claude) Blauch of Sugarcreek and Nadine (Ken) Kutcher of Dover along with five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Margaret was preceded in death by one sister, Gladys Kirkbride and three brothers, Charles, Bob, and Marion Trustdorf.
Funeral services celebrating Margaret�(TM)s life will be held Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 11am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover with Rev. Michael Lowry officiating. Interment will be in the Dover Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday (today) from 4-7 pm.
