Marjorie M. Trucinski

Marjorie M. Trucinski, 70, of New Philadelphia died Tuesday, December 12, 2000 at Union Hospital following a brief illness.

She retired from Puritan Laundry in New Philadelphia after 17 years of service.

Born January 3, 1930 in New Philadelphia she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Cook Shear.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was a social member of the Dover Army Navy Club. She also enjoyed reading in her spare time.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Stephen Trucinski who died on May 29, 1993.

She is survived by her companion: Dewey Solley

Three daughters: Linda and Don Chewning of New Philadelphia
Nancy and Dave Ledsome of Tusky
Cathy and Dean Myers of New Philadelphia

One son: Steven and Mary Trucinski of Dover

Two sisters: Lavearn and Donald Zimmerman of New Philadelphia
Velma Gibbs of New Philadelphia

Two brothers: Wilbur Shear of New Philadelphia
Carl and Kathy Long of Atwater

10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren

She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 15, 2000 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Fr. William Arnold officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery at New Philadelphia. Following the committal service a reception will be held at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. Friends may call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm.
