Mary Bricker, age 88, of Dover, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020, in Dover’s Park Village Health Care Center.
Born March 1, 1932, in Cherry Tree, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Alberto and Sondra Marianagla Romagna. Mary graduated from Cherry Tree High School, and, on January 7, 1953, married Frank Bricker Jr. The couple had four children and shared 41 years of marriage prior to Frank’s passing on July 28, 1994. Mary was a loving homemaker who especially enjoyed cooking for her family and making candy at Christmas. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, Dover.
Mary is survived by her children, Deborah (Sidney) Myers of Dundee, Pamela (Gary) Yarnell of Dover, and Sandra Bricker of Tarpon Springs, Florida; her grandchildren, Chad (Alicia) and Kurt (Nicki) Myers, and Zach (Satomi) Yarnell; her eight great-grandchildren; her brother, Carl (Shirley) Romagna; and her nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and her husband, Frank, Mary was preceded in death by her son, Frank Bricker III; and her siblings.
A graveside service, open to the public, will be held Friday, December 18, at 11 a.m., in Dover Burial Park. Fr. Jimmy Hatfield will officiate.
