Mary J. Simmons

Mary J. Simmons, 92, of Dover passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 in the Country Club Retirement Community.

She was born on April 17, 1928 in Masontown, West Virginia to the late Foster and Lula Eavenson Taylor. Mary was also preceded in death by her first husband, Herbert Simmons in 1986; second husband, Robert Bleininger in 2015; sons, Bruce and Brad Simmons; infant son, Steven Simmons; four sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by her sons, Marvin (Tyke) Simmons, Douglas (Debra) Simmons both of Dover; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; sisters, Verna (Robert) Williams of Virginia, Gladys Seney of Florida and a brother, Wilber Taylor also of Florida.
