Myrna J. Bigler

Myrna J. Bigler, 82, of Dover passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Union Hospital following a sudden illness.

Born June 30, 1935 in Uhrichsville she was a daughter of the late Harry and Gertrude Hodkinson Bradley. Myrna was also preceded in death by a brother.

Myrna will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Kenneth Bigler Jr., whom she married on January 26, 1963; daughter, Mindy (Jim) Barnard of Wooster; son, Brian (Shelly) Bigler of Dover; six grandsons whom she adored more than anything in life, Austin, Adam, Evan, Alex Barnard, Blake and Breckin Bigler. She is also survived by her brother, Dick (Mary) Bradley of Florida.

In her early years, she worked for Reliable Auto Parts, and after rearing her children, she worked for Marlite.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Myrna’s life on Thursday, January 18 from 5-7 pm at the funeral home.
