Nancy M. Milyiori

Nancy M. Milyiori, 76, of Dover, died Sunday, January 17, 2010, at the Country Club Retirement Campus, following a long illness.

Born January 26, 1933, she was a daughter of Carmel Christine Beal Swinderman. Nancy attended school in Port Washington, Tuscarawas and Uhrichsville. She was employed by Jean Frock's Dress Shop in New Philadelphia, Twin City Meat Market in Uhrichsville and Scissors Shack, also in New Philadelphia.

Nancy dearly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and faithfully attended their school and sporting events and other activities. She liked to travel, and had visited Europe as well as much of the United States. Nancy took up oil painting the last ten years of her life, and had become quite an artist. Additionally, she belonged to the Senior Citizens group of St. Joseph Church in Dover, and enjoyed her friendships there.

Survivors include a son, Kendall (Janet) Stull of Tuscarawas; a granddaughter, Jennifer (Tommy) Carr of Concord, NC; two grandsons, Donovan (Cheryl) Stull of Tuscarawas and Beau (fiance, Jesalyn Pringle) Stull of New Philadelphia; four great-granddaughters, Kayleigh and Ashlynn Stull and Kaitlynne and Karissa Carr; step-sister, Linda (Gerald) Fansler of Port Washington; step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis J. Milyiori, on January 28, 2009; a sister, Barbara Timmerman; her step-father, Donald Swinderman; and by a step-sister, Jeannie Milligan.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 21, at 11 a.m., in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover. Burial will be in St. Joseph Calvary Cemetery, Dover. Following the committal, there will be a meal in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center on the Boulevard in Dover.
