Nora Luff Kramer

Nora Luff Kramer, 97, of Navarre and formerly of Doylestown, Ohio died Saturday, February 12, 2005 at Country Lawn Nursing Home in Navarre following a brief illness.

Nora, along with her husband Milford, owned and operated Kramer�(TM)s Restaurant in New Philadelphia. She was also employed at Union Hospital as a cook for many years.

Born September 8, 1907 in Braxton County, West Virginia she was a daughter of the late George and Stella Skidmore Burkhammer.

She was a member of Doylestown Nazarene Church.

Nora was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles E. Luff who died in 1935, and her second husband, Milford Kramer who died on February 13, 2001.

She is survived by a son, George (Beverly) Luff of Sherrodsville; two daughters, Shirley (Walter) Lewis of Doylestown and Donna (Kenneth) Studer of New Philadelphia; ten grandchildren, Sharon (Jeff) Sampsel of Somerdale, Clara (Bruce) Ickes of Mineral City, Patty Jean Reeves of Doylestown, Susan Galbraith of New Philadelphia, Nora (John) Gerber of Tappen, Helen Lewis Smith of New Philadelphia, Bart (Mary) Luff of Florida, Chris (Tina) Luff of Florida, Bruce Luff of Canton, and Darla (Paul) Yakitas of Florida; 18 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren; several step grand, great grand and great-great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter and son, four brothers, one sister, one grandson and one great granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday February 16, 2005 at 1:00 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at New Philadelphia with Pastor�(TM)s Clarence Miller and John Dunn officiating. Interment will be in the Holmes Church Cemetery. Friends can call in the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
