Olga A. Walters, 83, of Dover, Ohio died Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at the New Dawn Retirement Community following a brief illness.
Born March 9, 1922 in New Philadelphia, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Mary Tonelotti Alexander.
Olga was an active member of the St. Joseph�(TM)s Catholic Church in Dover where she belonged to the former Christian Mothers and Secular Franciscans. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and loved cooking and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, F. Gail Walters who died November 1, 2001.
She is survived by three sons, Mike and Jeff Walters both of Dover and Tim (Ellie) Walters of Cincinnati; three daughters, Debbie (Tom) Beasley and Cindy (Bill) Dobosh both of Hubbard, Ohio and Lisa (Ron) Smith of Dover; one brother, Bob (Grace) Alexander of Wainwright; twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one expected great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Patrick and Dan Walters, one daughter, Rebecca Walters, two sisters, Glenna Kaderly and Rita Baldwin and a brother, Dick Alexander.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, November 18, 2005 at 1:30 pm in the St. Joseph�(TM)s Catholic Church at Dover with Fr. William Arnold officiating. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery at Dover. Friends will be received Thursday from 6-9pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover where Christian Wake services will be held at 8:30 pm.
