Orda I. Zaugg

Orda I. Zaugg, 89, of Dover, Ohio died Thursday, September 21, 2006 in Union Hospital at Dover following a long period of declining health.

Born May 22, 1917 in Dundee, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Martha Miller Breniser.

Orda was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse at Apple Creek State Hospital for many years.

She was a former member of the St. John�(TM)s United Church of Christ in Dover. She was a graduate of Beach City High School and loved crocheting, knitting, and helping others.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Deanna) Zaugg Sr. of Dover and her daughter, Martha “Marti” (Ronald) McCahill of Dover; five grandchildren, Robert (Beth) Zaugg Jr., Jodi (Dave) Freitag, Scott McCahill, Todd McCahill, and Mark (Angela) McCahill along with seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 25, 2006 at 2pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover with Rev. Glen Shedlock officiating. Entombment will be in the Garden of Peace Mausoleum at Dover Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 1-2pm.
