Patricia Ann (Briggs) Daley

Patricia Ann (Briggs) Daley, 73, of New Philadelphia entered into her eternal home on December 4, 2020 following a brief illness.

Born on April 23, 1947, in Union Hospital in Dover. She was the daughter of the late Foster and Mary Briggs.

She attended Tuscarawas Warwick High School. After high school, she received her STNA certification and was employed at the former South Broadway Nursing Home in New Philadelphia. Following retirement, she was a substitute crossing guard for the New Philadelphia City Schools.

On August 11, 1990, she married Michael Daley in Sacred Heart Parish. The following March she gave birth to her twin daughters.

She was a faithful devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. In her spare time, you could find her enjoying a good word search, adult coloring books or watching movies on the Hallmark channel.

Survivors include her husband Micheal. Her daughters; Michelle (Charlie) and Theresa of Canton, Ohio. Her step-daughter, Wendy of Dover, Ohio. Her grandchildren; Autumn of Dover, Annabel of Canton and one great grandson James of Dover. Her sister; Shirley (Ted) of Canton. Her mother in law; Rose Marie and brother in law; Richard of New Philadelphia. Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Foster and Mary. Her Aunt; Helen and her Uncle; Frank.

For everyone's safety and because of the surge in the coronavirus pandemic, private family services will be held and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
