Paul E. Harmon, 77, of Dover, died Saturday, December 30, 2000 in Union Hospital.

He had been employed by the former Cyclops Company and retired in 1985.

Born September 15, 1923 in Holmes County, he was son of the late Ira & Alice Balder Harmon.

Paul was an Army veteran who served during World War II and was a member of the Dover VFW and the Dover Eagles Clubs.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Fannin Harmon who passed away in 1974.

In addition to his parents and wife, Paul was preceded in death by a brother Lester Harmon, and grandson Steve Austin.

Public graveside services will be held Wednesday, January 3, at 1:00pm in the Dover Burial Park with Rev. Steven Gerig officiating. VFW will conduct military graveside services. There are no calling hours.
