Pearl V. Amistadi

Pearl V. Amistadi, 69, of Dover died suddenly on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Union Hospital.

Born May 9, 1948 in New Philadelphia she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Meda Shuman May. Pearl was also preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Pearl retired from New Philadelphia Schools after many years of service as a Custodian. She enjoyed playing golf, bowling and bocce.

Pearl is survived by her husband of 47 years, Wilbur P. Amistadi, whom she married on March 27, 1970; children, Wilbur Amistadi, Bryan (Beth) Amistadi, Ben Amistadi all of Dover; five brothers and sisters; granddaughter, Brylee Amistadi; and many extended family members.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 26 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Pastor Brian Flood officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
