Phyllis J. Myers

Phyllis J. Myers, 67, of Dover died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Union Hospital.

Born February 22, 1947 in Portsmouth, Ohio she was a daughter of the late William and Dorothy Ryan Gorman. She retired from Union Hospital as a Nurse's Assistant after 30 years of service. Phyllis was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joe Seniors, Union Hospital Retirees and AA.

A wonderful and loving mother, grandmother and sister, Phyllis will be sadly missed by her children, David Myers of Dover, Dawn (Richard) Korns of Dover and Megan Myers of Uhrichsville; sister, Brenda (Rodney) Roos of North Carolina; brother, Paul Darling of Indiana; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, September 30 at 10:30 am in the St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover with Fr. Jimmy Hatfield officiating.
