Rachel Anne Bursh

Rachel Anne Bursh, 23, of New Philadelphia passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 30, 2020.

She was born in South Charleston, West Virginia on April 4, 1997, lived in Independence, Missouri until 2006 when she moved to New Philadelphia with her family. Rachel was employed by the Hampton Inn, Newcomerstown, but recently moved to the Schoenbrunn Inn after being promoted as the Regional Sales Coordinator. Rachel loved all animals, especially her dogs and cats; she also enjoyed shopping and putting together new outfits.

Rachel is survived by her parents, David and Karen Conrad Bursh of New Philadelphia; brother, Douglas Bursh; maternal grandmother, Betty Conrad; paternal grandfather, Fred Bursh; aunts and uncles, Katrina (Bob) King, Susan (Eric) Fleming, Sharen (Tom) Lindberg; cousins, Chloe and Noah Fleming, Jacob and Jack Lindberg.

Rachel was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, LeaRae Bursh; maternal grandfather, Kenneth Conrad; and her aunt, Kendra Conrad-Motter.

Private family services will be held. The Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover is handling arrangements.
