Rebekah J. Roth

Rebekah J. Roth, 74, of Dennison, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at her home. 

She was born on August 1, 1950, in Dennison Ohio to the late Howard and Margaret Lash Kobelt.

Rebekah dedicated nearly 30 years of her life to others as an STNA at the Hennis Care Centre in Dover. Her compassion and commitment to taking care of people were truly remarkable. She also found joy in tending to her flower garden.  Rebekah was a cherished Messianic believer in Yahweh. Her faith was a cornerstone of her character, guiding her through life.

Rebekah is survived by her loving husband of six years, Ted A. Roth, whom she married on October 7, 2015. Her legacy continues through her children: Amy (Alex) Barna of Pennsylvania, Jamie (Stephanie) Fox of Alaska, Kelly (David) Fox Paxton, Josh (Sandra) Fox of Gnadenhutten. She was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  Rebekah will also be sadly missed by her dog, Lucy.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover.  There are no calling hours or services.
