Rhonda Mann

Rhonda Mann, 61, of Dover passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016 at Union Hospital following an extended illness.

Born in Dover on April 1, 1955, she was the daughter of Louie and Sue (Hinerman) Festi. She attended New Philadelphia High School. She married the love of her life, Keith Mann, on June 7, 1974. Keith preceded her in death on June 15, 2006. She was also preceded in death by her father.

Rhonda worked for Wayne Dalton Garage Door (Overhead Door) for many years. She enjoyed playing bingo, bowling, and camping with her family and friends. She also loved photography.

In addition to her mother, Sue, she will be sadly missed by her children; Lori (Tim) Hutchinson, Derek (Lorie) Mann both of Dover; grandchildren, Tessa Burkhart, Alexis Hutchinson, Nicole Hutchinson, Tori Mann, Brittany Penso, Kayla Penso, Alex Penso, and Mason Howell; five great-grandchildren and expecting a sixth in September; along with her brothers and sisters, Chris (Larry) Kuemerele of Dover, Gaylynn (Larry) Clay of Dover, Todd Festi (Companion, Dawn Morris), Chad (Amy) Festi of Dover.

Calling hours will take place at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 5-7pm. There will not be a service, but a celebration of life dinner will be served at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 5:00pm.
