Robert Clark Wilcox

Robert Clark Wilcox, 86, of Dover passed away Friday, Nov. 10, 2017 at the Community Hospice (Truman) House in New Philadelphia.

Born Aug. 28, 1931 in Belmont County, Ohio, he was the son of the late Clarence and Thelma (Book) Wilcox. He attended the Barnesville School System. He retired from the Bearing division of the Timken Company in Canton where he worked for 25 years.

Bob will be missed by his family including his wife, Margaret (Beckett) Wilcox of Belmont County with whom he would have celebrated 59 years of marriage on Nov. 28, 1958. He is also survived by two sons, Robert R. Wilcox of Dover and Michael (Amy)Wilcox of Strasburg; brothers Raymond, Don, James, and Dale and half brothers, Dennis, Kenneth and Henry and half sisters, Mary and Sandy.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by a brother, Paul and his stepmother, Flossie Wilcox.

Private services will be held at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover. Interment will be in the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens in Dover. There are no calling hours. Those who may wish to sign the online guestbook can do so at www.tolandherzig.com
