Robert E. "Bob" Smith

Robert E. “Bob” Smith, 81, of Dover passed away at his home on Friday, February 28, 2025.

Born on December 12, 1943 in Dover he was a son of the late Charles and Verna Espenschied Smith. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Dortha D. Smith on October 13, 2024.

He proudly served his country with the United States Air Force. Bob was the owner and operator of Bob’s TV Repair in Columbia for many years.

He is survived by his daughter, Cindy (Chris) Goehring of Dover; brother, Charles Smith; sisters, Gloria Blackwell, Susn (Jim) Carroll, Melanie Atkins; grandchildren, Cassie and Curtis; and two great grandchildren, Clayton and Jayden.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There are no services or calling hours.
