Ruth B. Neiman, 89, of Dover died Sunday, September 16, 2001 at the Country Club Center Retirement Center following a brief illness.

She was a cashier at the former Stallard's Food Liner at Dover.

Born August 19, 1912 in New Philadelphia she was a daughter of the late David and Nancy Berrier Briggs.

She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints at New Philadelphia.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Paul Neiman who died on January 19, 1993.

She is survived by a son: David and Mary Jacqueline Neiman of Chicago, Illinois

Two grandchildren and one great grandson

She was also preceded in death by a son: James Neiman

Eight brothers and sisters.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2001 at 10:30 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Elder Glenn Carlisle and Priest Rebecca Lawrence officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. There are no calling hours.
