Ruth M. Arnold

Ruth M. Arnold, 84, of the New Dawn Retirement Center and lifelong resident of Dover died Wednesday, March 8, 2006 following an extended illness.

Born May 3, 1921 in Dover, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Bertha Snyder Becker.

Ruth was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Strasburg and a graduate of Dover High School.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Harold “Ted” Arnold who died October 28, 1963; two sisters, Bernice Neff and Neva Evans and one brother, Paul Becker.

Ruth is survived by two daughters, Molly (Brad) Williams of Canton and Roxanne (Dave) Kost of Massillon; five grandchildren, Amanda, Abby, and Amy Williams and Matt and Maggie Kost.

Private graveside services will be held Saturday in the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens with Pastor Steve Woyen officiating. There are no calling hours.
