Seraphina Grace Segee

Seraphina Grace Segee was the beloved daughter of Raven Ann Segee of Dover. She was stillborn on March 29, 2025, at the Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital.

She was the little sister of Dayton Conner of Dover; the granddaughter of Brenda (Kelly) Wissman of Uhrichsville and William (Dolly) Padgett of Dover; niece of Kage (Katie) Wissman, Skye Wissman, Ashe Wissman, Cole Wissman, William Padgett, and Virgil Padgett; and great niece of, Paula Hensley, and Jean Haney. Seraphina will also be missed by her mother’s close friends, Aaron Lawrence, Holly Ball, and Doyle Conner.

Seraphina was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Lewis M. Segee; great-grandmother, Bessie Segee; and her aunt, Raine Wissman.
