Sue Ann Hans

Sue Ann Hans, 73, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Mercy Medical Center in Canton.

Sue was born on May 3, 1947, in Trumbull County. She was the daughter of the late George Edgar Bianco and Mary Elizabeth (Watson) O’Dell. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Ann Edwards.

She graduated from Seneca Valley High School with the class of 1965. She worked as a unit assistant at Timken Mercy Medical Center for over 15 years.

Sue will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister. She was a second mother to many because of her kind heart and caring nature. Sue had a strong faith. She enjoyed playing cards, crafting, singing gospel songs, baking, and coloring. She was also a lifelong Pittsburgh Steeler fan.

She leaves behind her two sons; Richard (Tonya) Hans Jr. of Wisilla, Alaska, and Matthew (Michelle) Hans of Louisville; four grandchildren, Richard Hans III, Theodore Hans, Meredith Hans, and Mallory Hans; two sisters, Georgia Ann Thompson of Austin, Texas, and Elizabeth Ann (Chip) Fischer of Zelienople, Pennsylvania; her best friend and travel buddy, Sherry Metzger of Louisville, along with several nieces and nephews.

Her family would like to express their appreciation for the incredible care she received from Oak Hill Manor.
