Susan K. "Susie" Limbacher

Susan K. “Susie” Limbacher, 71, of Dover passed away suddenly at Mercy Medical Center on Sunday, August 1, 2021 following an apparent heart attack.

Born on September 12, 1949 in Dover Susie was a daughter of the late Paul and Marjorie Hanks Lantzer. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Logan Martin; and her sister, Karen Goudy.

Susie had retried from Dover City Schools as a Bus Driver following 30 years of service; and was currently employed at Lavender Bridal in Dover the past 14 years. A wonderful and loving wife, mother and grandmother, Susie loved being with her family, they were the center of her world. She enjoyed following her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all of their sports and activities. She was also an animal lover, especially her “furry grandbabies” Rory, Holly, Bailey and Mia.

Susie is survived by her husband of 55 years, Gary Limbacher whom she married on October 9, 1965; children, Rebecca (Jeff) Zeigler, Debra Edwards (companion, Mickey Mamarella) all of Dover, Keith Limbacher of New Philadelphia ; grandchildren, Jessi (Andrew) Zeigler, Cale (Faith) Zeigler, Jenna Zeigler, Emili Edwards; great grandchildren, Brantly, Brystal, Carter, Will and her nephew, Jay Goudy.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. A public graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 10 starting at 11:00 am in the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens with Rev. Brian Flood officiating.
