Tammy J. Oliver

Tammy Billiter (Nealey) Oliver, 36, of Dover, died Saturday, November 15, 2003 in the Cleveland Clinic after a short illness.

Born August 21, 1967 at Dennison, she was the daughter of Dixie Brown of Dover and George and Judy Billiter of New Philadelphia.

Tammy attended the New Life Church of God at Dover. She loved spending time with her children and family. She was talented with her hands and enjoyed making a variety of crafts.

She is survived by: two children; Steven Tanner Frank and Tori Lynn Frank both of Dover, eight brothers and sisters; Vicki Harris of New Philadelphia, Shon Brown of Canton, Shane (Tina) Billiter, Angela Bays, Jason Nealey, Brittany Jordan all of Dover, George Billiter, Jr. of West Virginia and Michael Billiter of Florida and paternal grandparents; Fred & Florence Billiter of Strasburg. Other survivors include numerous aunts and uncles as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Tammy was preceded in death by: her maternal grandparents; Harry & Iris Brown, a son Jerrod M. Shaver, two brothers; Brian Billiter and Dale Nealey and two cousins; Ralph, Jr., and Ronnie Billiter.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 19 at 12:00 noon in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, at 246 East High Avenue, New Philadelphia with Pastor Urie Hershberger officiating. Interment will be in the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens at Dover. Friends may call in the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m.
