Tanya Whitehair Willett, age 38, of Sugarcreek, died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 1, 2014 she was too young to go through the terrible bumps of life that she endured.
Born April 30, 1976, in Dover, she was a daughter of Nancy Kuemerle Whitehair (fianc, Greg Graham) of Sugarcreek, and the late James "Bo" Whitehair Sr. Tanya graduated from Garaway High School in 1994, and attended Kent State University Tuscarawas Campus. She was a former employee of Pizza Hut at New Philadelphia, and Elasto-Tec at Walnut Creek.
Tanya was the loving mother of Skylar Rae and Tatum Rayne Willett, and enjoyed following their church, school and sporting events.
In addition to her mother, and her two daughters, Tanya is survived by her sister, Tara Lengler (Terry) of Dover; her brother, James Whitehair Jr. (long-time girlfriend, Rachel Miller) of Dundee; her nephew, Ryan James Lengler; her grandmother, Thelma Whitehair of Sherrodsville; and her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In addition to her father, Tanya was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles Sr. and Mildred Kuemerle; her grandfather, John Whitehair; and her uncle, Charles Kuemerle Jr.
Family and friends are invited to call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover, on Sunday, July 6, 12 4 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 4. Immediately after the service, there will be a meal in St. John's United Church of Christ at Dover.
