Terry L. Stephens

Terry L. Stephens, 63, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and formerly of New Philadelphia, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021.

Terry was born on March 19, 1958 in Dover and was a son of Robert and Sylvia Hoopingarner Stephens of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by his sisters, Tracey (Larry) Michel of Navarre, Tamara (Steve) Pongratz of Dennison, Rochelle Hagloch of Strongsville; three nieces, three nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins with the Blackwell and Stephens families. He was preceded in death by his brother, Todd Stephens and sister, Pam Miller. Terry was a 1977 graduate of New Philadelphia High School.

Terry will be cremated with private family graveside services to be held in the Evergreen Burial Park. The Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover is handling local arrangements.
