Thelma K. Holzworth, 85, of Dover died Wednesday, May 15, 2002 at Union Hospital following an extended illness.
She had worked at Stallard�(TM)s Foodliner, was an assistant to Dr. Robert E. Ley Sr. and was a secretary at Dover High School.
Born July 30, 1916 in Dover she was a daughter of the late Clinton and Lena Stegman Affolter.
She was a member of St. John�(TM)s United Church of Christ in Dover, Rebekkah Circle, charter member of Dover Literary Club, former member of Alpha Pi Sigma Sorority and played on several Bridge Clubs.
Thelma was preceded in death by her husband Glen Holzworth who died on March 2, 1997.
She is survived by two sons: Jeffrey (Linda) Holzworth of Wadsworth
Bradley (Connie) Holzworth of Columbus
Daughter: Holly (Larry) Gordon of Avon
Seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren
She was also preceded in death by three sisters: Florence Mears Domer, Edna Levengood and Marjorie Youngen
Private family graveside services will be held. A public memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2002 at 11:30 am in the St. John�(TM)s United Church of Christ in Dover with Rev.
